Grabel Hotel Jeju

Best hotel we've experienced so far with our two kids (toddlers). Mattresses on the floor for a lower risk of fall injury (yet not futons so we don't have to roll them up), toys to entertain them inside the room for hours, our room even faced the sea (even though our booking stated city view), a very convenient dropoff and carpark, very friendly/polite hotel staff, and decent fried chicken for a late dinner without freezing outside! We didn't even try the heated rooftop pool during our stay, but it was open!

The hotel is located about 20 minutes away by taxi from Jeju International Airport along the north highway next to the coast. It can be reached by taxi or by bus with a convenient stop just outside the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was very spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and the environment was friendly and enjoyable.

Staying at Grabel was a really positive experience (especially after two subpar accommodations before it). The room was spacious and clean with nice linens and all the required amenities. The hotel is not far from the airport yet close enough to public beaches and transit (one bus station is right outside the doors and the other is 3min away). Going to Jeju-city and other parts of the island was very convenient. But a special mention goes to the breakfast menu. First of all it changes three days in a row so you're not sick of it at the end of the week, but what's even more important, both the selection and the quality of produce is superb! I couldn't stop gorging fresh pineapples every morning. And it's available from 7am to 10am which is quite rare in South Korea for some reason (usually it's just 7 to 9am). The order-in service was also fine albeit considerably overpriced (even still water was 1000KRW per 0.5L).

Nice heated water pool with great view. Good restaurant. Nice to CU is just right beside the hotel. Big room but you have to choose your view when booking. (sea view or town view). Very friendly staff.

Clean bathroom and beds, wonderful stay with my mum, cattle for making hot water, wide table, comfortable sofa etc. Bus lines to different resorts and international airport are just at the gate of the hotel. Very convenient for us to go around. Tasty bbq behind the hotel.
